InterAction welcomes WEEMA as one of its newest members!

InterAction is the largest network of international non-governmental organizations with over 200 members. Membership requires a rigorous application process including meeting certain best practice standards as well as three reference letters from its own organizational members.  WEEMA is honored to be a part of this incredible alliance for social change.

InterAction is hosting its annual conference in Washington DC this week.  Yesterday WEEMA representatives, Liz McGovern and Lianna Tabar, got a front row seat -literally- at the opening plenary.  The keynote speakers were quite inspirational and impressive!  Check out the photos of Former President Bill Clinton, Former President Mary Robinson (Ireland) and Former President Joyce Banda (Malawi.)
